Asia's leading retail chain of beauty and healthcare products. They are seeking for an experienced Head of Marketing who will be responsible for the overall development and execution of marketing activities for all brands.

Your key responsibilities

- Build and lead a highly effective marketing team
- Achieve budgeted sales numbers and net margins as per the annual agreed plan
- Develop robust overall short and medium terms marketing plans, including new Brand introductions and ATL activity when required
- Manage A&P budgets according to annual agreed plan and monitor marketing spending against budget
- Work closely with Sales & Operation Manager, Area Managers, Store Managers to develop channel by channel marketing activities, covering products, packages, pricing and promotions in line with brand companies and sales strategies

Our key requirements

- Hold a University Degree in Marketing or Business Management
- Have at least 5 years of working experience in marketing management, senior marketing roles in retail, FMCGs for the business of cosmetics
- Demonstrate excellent business relationship building and communication skills with all external stakeholders
- Good strategy planning, P&L management and analytical skills
- Demonstrate strong ‘hands-on’ people management
